Child Maintenance Options has been working closely with a number of charities offering support for victims of abuse and domestic violence.
What is the Domestic National Violence Helpline?
Are you or someone you know a female experiencing domestic violence? If so, call 0808 2000 247 to speak to a fully trained female helpline support worker at the National Domestic Violence Helpline.
It’s open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All calls are free and completely confidential.
The Helpline number will not show up on BT landline phone bills. If you have another service provider you will need to check with their customer services team.
If your first language isn’t English, or if you are deaf or hard of hearing, the helpline offers translation or accessible services.
Where possible please try to telephone the helpline. If this really is not an option please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll respond to emails within three working days.
If you are in immediate danger, please call 999.
Our main aim is to keep women and children safe.
Our helpline is run in partnership by Refuge and Women’s Aid.
We’re open to women experiencing domestic violence, their family, friends, colleagues and others calling on their behalf.
